Shipping & Handling
All orders are shipped through reputed courier (express shipping) services, normally once / twice a week.
International packages shall be sent Express Delivery, usually through DHL, UPS, Fedex or similar. Normal Delivery time is 4-7 working days from date of despatch, depending on destination. Please ensure complete and accurate postal address (along with telephone number) is entered in the PayPal page / order-form. In most locations, the package will have to be signed for.
Indianrailstuff.com will not be responsible for packages misplaced due to provision of incomplete address.
Please Note: Some areas are notified as 'Remote Area' by the courier services and if your location falls under such, you will be required to pay an additional US $30.00 or whatever the current rate is. Unfortunately there is no way for me to incorporate the same in the shopping cart. You may wish to check the same on the DHL website. In such a situation, either a separate invoice shall be raised for the balance, or the payment cancelled and a new invoice created.
Packages shipped within India are mostly sent using standard courier services (usually DTDC, Blue Dart, Professional, etc). The atlas is usually shipped in a strong plastic envelope or a laminated envelope, as suitable. Volume shipments will use some form of cartons or other packing. Indianrailstuff tries to ensure the Atlas reaches you in a good condition.
A separate Shipping & Handling fee is usually applicable over and above the product price
Non-receipt of Order
If you have not received your shipment within 15 working days, please contact me on phone (+91 9830149220), email or use the Complaint Form, available as a link from the home page, to report the issue.
