Refunds
Goods once sold are not eligible for a refund. However, in exceptional circumstances, an exception may be made. Please email mail@indianrailstuff.com with details, within 15 days of receipt of order.
Returns
In case a refund is accepted, you will be required to ship the product back to us at Samit Roychoudhury, D-7A Ideal Niketan, 3 Chingrighata Lane, Kolkata 700015, at your cost. Please ensure that you have packed it well so it reaches us back in good condition. A refund will be issued in a mutually agreed method, upon return.
Replacement for Damaged Items
In case your order reaches you in a damaged condition, please contact us at 9830149220 or email us at mail@indianrailstuff.com. We will ensure things are corrected.
